Adam Riggs
Founder & CEO

Adam is Frameable’s Chief Executive Officer, and an experienced executive and investor in e-commerce, finance, and media companies.
Prior to Frameable, Adam was a Presidential Innovation Fellow at the Treasury Dept. and a subject matter expert at the State Dept. on a variety of open data and knowledge management challenges.
Adam was the first President and CFO of Shutterstock from 2005 to 2010, and in the last 20 years has built, invested in, and advised companies achieving the full range of outcomes, from successful exits to disappointing bankruptcies, learning a great deal from each of them. A technology leader with deep experience in e-commerce search, Chris places a strong emphasis on user research, product discovery methodology, and rapid engineering / design iteration.
Chris co-founded Domino, a freelance marketplace, and spent 8 years in a variety of engineering roles at Shutterstock as the company went through its period of hyper-growth.

David Chester
CTO

David is Frameable’s Chief Technology Officer.
David is a software engineer and architect with more than 20 years of experience, whose technical leadership and engineering innovations built the foundations of Shutterstock, the pioneering online stock-photography provider.
His primary focus has been in systems architecture, machine learning, cluster analysis, and computer vision technology; he is a co-inventor of several patents in these areas.
David is also an active open-source software contributor, having authored projects including a popular graphing library, data traversal frameworks, and development tools.

Doug Brunton
VP of Engineering

Doug is Frameable’s VP of Engineering and a serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience leading product engineering teams at early and growth stage.
Doug co-founded Pluot Communications, a hardware and software videoconferencing company funded by Y-Combinator, and was the Principal build and release engineer for g-speak, Oblong Industries’ gestural operating system.
He was also the principal engineer of Shutterstock’s distributed analytics collection and storage pipeline.
