Welcome to Paradise Fibers!
Update: Travis and Sara are officially back! Trav and Sara took over the business in 2005 and are back at the shop running it with Jedidiah their nephew. Look forward to lots of fun changes at the shop including classes, new fibers, yarn and more.

In 2010 Travis somehow convinced the bank to allow us to purchase this awesome Historic bakery which we turned into a crazy yarn store. It’s 4 floors with 27,500 square feet of total space! What a gem of a building! We restored much of it ourselves along with our beloved drunken contractor friend “Hollywood”. Hollywood fled to Canada for some reason and was never heard from again shortly after the construction (we miss u dude wherever you are).

Hollywood and Tim Biggs from Biggs Metal Art helped us built out a commercial kitchen upstairs featuring barnwood and stainless steel countertops! It’s one heck of a break area!

We also use it for classes, meetings, to prepare gourmet snacks for events and of course we cook street taco’s for the team on Tuesday nights!

Travis is our officially fiber guy here at the shop and is happy to help with wheel and roving questions. On Saturdays you’ll find Travis baking his raspberry sour cream scones and fresh sourdough bread for the classes and customers! He calls it Sourdough Saturday, lol.

Sara sets up all of our classes and hosts a monthly knit night once a month. Sara is also our inhouse knitting expert, trained by national instructors. She’s happy to help dig you out of a jam with your project anytime.
