Susana’s cooking journey began in the kitchen of her Venezuelan childhood, cooking alongside her mother and grandmother. Years later, as a busy fitness model juggling long hours and demanding schedules, Susana struggled to maintain a healthy diet while managing her time and finances. The turning point came when she discovered the power of freezer cooking—a method that allowed her to prep delicious, healthy meals in advance and save money in the process. What started as a personal solution quickly reignited her passion for cooking and transformed her life.

Zack, an entrepreneur and devoted partner, saw the potential in Susana’s love for freezer cooking. Together, they envisioned a way to help families like theirs simplify meal prep, eat better, and save money. In 2020, amidst the challenges of a global pandemic that was affecting the health and finances of everyone, they launched FreezerFit to bring their dream to life.

Today, FreezerFit serves over 28,000 members, offering more than 1,000 freezer-friendly recipes, personalized meal planning tools, cooking classes, and resources for healthy living.
