Our Beginning
At two, my son was diagnosed with autism and severe gastrointestinal issues.

To get him on track, my wife and I started to put him on an aggressive gluten free and
dairy free nutrition program.

The nutritional changes helped heal his GI issues, which allowed for better absorption of nutrition.

As a result, he could focus on other necessary therapies.

Within three years, our son was in a mainstream classroom and was doing well academically and socially.

Our Journey
After my son’s recovery, I was convinced that plant-based nutrition was the right approach for managing inflammation.

It became apparent that reducing one’s allergen load (such as consumption of gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, oils, preservatives, and chemical-containing non-organic foods) helped the body recover from daily stresses.
